Warrenty Return and Refund Policy

PNPOutboards engines have a 3 month Return to base Warranty for repairs. Refunds will only be provided if an assessment undertaken by PnPOutboards within the warranty period reveals the engine was used in accordance with the usage instructions of the manufacturer. Return Items should be in a similar condition cosmetically as when sold.

Improper usage of an outboard includes but is not limited to the following

• Improper fuelling. E10 fuel should only be used if compatible with the engine. PnPOutboards always recommend E5 for any outboard.
• 2-stroke pre-mix engines should have the correct type of oil at the correct mix strength
• Running the engine with no cooling water exiting the tell tale 
• Submersion
•  Damage through impact or physical abuse

Customer must:- 

• Be able to accurately state the fault encountered 
• Contact us by phone in the 1st instance
• Refunds will only be provided on agreement with both partied after by PNPOutboards inspection.
